Hi, I’m Kane.
I like drums, coffee, heavy music, and long walks on the beach (seriously).
A lifelong dedication to exceptional sound:
Before podcasts took over my life during my London commutes in 2012, I was already neck-deep in the world of audio. I spent years honing my ear as a live music audio engineer, even playing music myself and ultimately obtaining an honours degree in music production.
Fast forward five years, I launched my first podcast Musician’s Map and dove headphones first into the world of podcast production. Leveraging over 17 years of audio engineering experience, I've had the privilege of working with legendary artists like The Who, The Rolling Stones, Queen, The Clash, U2, Van Morrison, and Elton John. I've also collaborated with major labels like Universal and Warner Music.
With that expertise, I've helped create over 2,000 podcast episodes, including chart-toppers in 18 countries!
Now, from the small beach town of Raglan, New Zealand (hence the long beach walks), I run Precision Podcasting–a team dedicated to producing quality audio content–and host a second podcast, The Podcasters Club.
In 2023, I co-founded Story in Sound –an end-to-end audio production service crafting bespoke brand stories for high-end tourism.
